The NC Music Office and NC Arts Council present a live music mainstage for the Dept. of Natural and Cultural Resources July 4 celebration. Capitol 250: NC Freedom Fest is a celebration of the arts, history, nature, and culture that make our state unforgettable. Mainstage performances also include Tift Merritt and Rissi Palmer. Plus the event brings food trucks, special exhibits, living history, and family-friendly fun to the heart of Raleigh.
